Suddenly — An Adventurer! is the second episode of the Louie the Rune Soldier manga and the second episode of the first tankōban in the Louie the Rune Soldier manga series.
Synopsis[]
The warrior-priestess says they are to be companions to an adventurer, and that Myrii's revelation revealed that Louie is their adventurer. Louie eventually accepts their invitation. The girls introduce themselves as Melissa the warrior-priestess, Genie the mercenary and Merrill the thief. Louie receives combat training from Genie, but gets pummelled around. That is, until he lands another fist in her face—much to Melissa's revulsion.
Later, Louie goes to a bar to celebrate his new status as adventurer. Merrill spots him and decides to spy on him, but she gets unwanted attention from a drunk. Louie steps in and, suddenly acting mature, advices the drunk to change his ways. Merrill begins to think there may be more to Louie than she first though, that is until he starts to make a move on her.
