Connected Even Through Mist is the second episode of the Sword World: Peraperâs manga.
Synopsis[]
Bellecana and Shiara receive the task of investigating painter Marshall for the disappearance of models who have visited his mansion. The two girls go undercover as models to gain access. Bellecana notices Marshall going into a hidden room and follows him. There, she discovers the missing models have become portraits. However, Bellecana gets spotted by Marshall and taken captive. He begins painting here with his magic brush, the "brush of captivity", which turns any person into a portrait forever. Suddenly, Shaiara arrives to save the day, much to Bellecana's relief.
When the investigation is over, Bellecana, who had difficulties expressing her fondness of others and kept a distance from others, finally is able to say she wants to befriend Shiara.
