Enter: Ila is the fifth episode of the Louie the Rune Soldier manga and the fifth episode of the first tankōban in the Louie the Rune Soldier manga series.
Synopsis[]
Louie learns from his classmate Ila that he can't just get himself a new wand, he needs wood from a 500 year-old evergreen oak and go through a three day incantational ceremony. The oak can only be found in the monster-filled Tartious Forest.
Melissa, Genie and Merill are drinking pretty heavily in a pub. As they talk about Louie, Merrill points out that her information couldn't find much on Louie, and nobody knows anything about his birth. Louie and Ila walk in and come sit with the girls. Ila tells them Louie is going to the Tartious Forest to fix his wand. She will give him three items: a cloak that can make the wearer invisible, two rods that always point to each other so you can't get lost, and a whistle that calls for spirits, though it doesn't control them. Though at first the girls decide to let Louie go alone, they later join him. It turns out Ila had enticed them to do so. As the party leaves, Ila gives Louie a bag and asks him to take some oakwood with him for her.
