Synopsis[]
As Nola and Helide wait outside with their griffins, Lyle has entered the Forest of No Return in search of Deedlit. Lyle encounters a wolf pack and asks their leader to guide him to Deedlit. He follows the wolf for a while, but suddenly passes out.
In Flaim, King Diaz is preparing to march to Alania. A certain Tula, a lay magician, asks Zayd for his protection. Zayd, Bina and Tula are placed under the command of Graff for the siege of Sorg, the western-most city of Alania. By nightfall, the city has fallen under Flaim's control and the army plans to take Norvis next.
