Grael (グレイル, Gureiru) is a chieftain of the Tribe of the Fierce Tiger and follower of the Gods’ King Barbas. He is the main antagonist of the Legend of the Drifters saga of the Crystania novel series.
He is titled the Blade Fang Duke (剣の牙の公爵, Ken no kiba no kōshaku), making him only second to the Gods’ King. He has thought many battles against Rails, significantly wounding him the first time. Because of Grael, Rails began to fear death, and this was one of the reasons why Rails tried to improve his skills with the sword.
