Grassrunners, also known as meadow sprites, are sprites that resemble elven children. There are no grassrunner settlements on Lodoss, as they are only native to the northern continent of Alecrast. They live to an average lifespan of five hundred years, though some have been known to reach the age of one thousand. Grassrunners make excellent bards, thieves, merchants and shamans.
