Record of Lodoss War: The Grey Witch is a manga adaptation of the novel of the same name. It was written by Ryo Mizuno and drawn by Yoshihiko Ochi.
The first volume was published in Japan in December 1994[1] by Dragon Comics (a division of KADOKAWA). The second volume was released in July 1997.[2] Neither KADOKAWA, nor Amazon Japan, list a third volume.[3]
From April to June 1998 the Grey Witch manga series was re-published, arguably to coincide with the release of the Chronicles of the Heroic Knight anime. It was published by KADOKAWA Comics Ace and consisted of three volumes.[4] An English version released by CPM Manga in 1998, and two re-releases were done in 1999 and 2004 in three volumes.
From 2014-2015[5] a new three-volume Grey Witch manga, illustrated by Takuma Tomomasa, was released. Its sixteen chapters were serialized in Comptiq magazine. It has never been released outside of Japan.

The Grey Witch was released in Japan without any chapters. CPM Manga released an English version in 1998 in 22 issues of roughly 30 pages. In 1999 they re-released The Grey Witch in three A4-size volumes and gave each volume a title (the Japanese versions did not have titles). In 2004 they published The Grey Witch again, this time in tankōbon-format.
