Record of Lodoss War II for the PC Engine, known in North America as the TurboGrafx, is a role-playing videogame developed by Humming Bird Soft and released in 1994. It is compatible with the SUPER CD-ROM2; the North American equivalent would be the TurboGrafx CD.

The player primarily takes control of Spark in turn-based combat, guiding characters through the Fire Dragon Mountain arc and Wagnard's attempt to resurrect Kardis. Characters are voice acted in animated pixel-art cutscenes, using the same voice actors as the 1990 OVA anime, and a different set of voice actors for Spark's group than in the Chronicles of the Heroic Knight anime series. The appearances of Spark's group are also based off Yutaka Izubuchi's novel illustrations. Rather than Little Neese being sacrificed to Kardis, Deedlit plays the role, as in the OVA.
