Talent

A talent (タレント, tarento), called a force in the ADV Films translation of Legend of Crystania: The Motion Picture, is an ability bestowed by an animal god to a follower of that god. As the name implies it gives the follower extra abilities that they can summon at will. Followers of the animal god Barbas may have the jumping talent, which allows them to move at super high speed, while followers of Fortino, the white-headed eagle, may sprout a set of wings and improved vision. Followers who have been bestowed with a talent of an animal god are called animalmasters.
