Billy Regan is his English voice actor's alias; Bill Timoney is the actor's real name. Yes, but it's not going to be full and comprehensive right away. It will probably have to stay a WIP for a while due to the lack of English-language information about the novels. But I do intend to finish summarizing the events of The Grey Witch (and in other character profiles as well).

Would he be considered Valisian or Alanian? Or both? He was born in Valis, but raised in Alania from a fairly young age.
