Welcome to Lodoss Island! is the movie adaptation of the Welcome to Lodoss Island! manga drawn by Rei Hyakuyashiki. It was released in theaters April 25, 1998 as part of a double feature with Maze: Bakunetsu Jikuu: Tenpen Kyoui no Giant. With a runtime of thirty-five minutes, it adapted the events of the The Grey Witch novel.
It has a different cast of voice actors from the 1990 OVA and the 1998 Chronicles of the Heroic Knight anime, who are listed below.
Welcome to Lodoss Island! was never released on home video, and there is no known video footage of it. At least one fansite claimed that there were bootleg DVDs[1], but no picture or video evidence has been found of such recordings. The movie's soundtrack was released on CD[2], but is extremely rare.
